Can You Prevent Age Spots?

One of the magnificent things I do with my ZONE OF GENIUS about getting a body's processes to work OPTIMALLY so that one can fully enjoy every day of their life filled with energy and enjoyment, is what I call, ALL NATURAL ANTI-AGING.

And no, I'm not trying to sell some silly cream for your face.

I'm talking about literally halting the process of aging you from the inside out.

As a woman over 50, age spots, wrinkles, and preserving my collagen is a concern for my face.

What is an "age spot"?

It sure makes it sound like it's inevitable right??? LOL

Age = get spots.

But like all things unhealthy, I like to get to the root cause of everything and see if I can cut it off at the path.

So what it is and is it an indicator of your overall health?

Age spots develop when the liver doesn’t produce enough enzymes to detoxify what is circulating through the bloodstream.

Certain toxins can be deposited in the fats underneath your skin, creating an age spot—usually a permanent effect like a tattoo.

I bet your doctor never told you that!

Can you reverse them?

I can't make a promise of 100% but I sure can tell you that if you're not producing enzymes to detoxify what you eat and drink, you're body isn't working optimally because your liver isn't working optimally, and that is a danger zone and something you would want to look into.

And where does all this begin?

In your gut health, which IS my zone of genius.

And how is it your body has stopped making enzymes to protect you?

One significant reason, is a simple hot, soothing, drink and drug that is acceptable to consume.

Coffee.

Drinking coffee destroys your body's ability to properly create the enzymes needed for your gut health to work optimally.

I know, you're rolling your eyes and think I'm nuts.

I got fat the year I turned 41 and guess what was the only change in my life....I started drinking coffee that year because I had a boyfriend who drank it, and he just got us coffee every morning.

I was a situational coffee drinker. LOL
