  • First You'll Hate Me. Then You'll Love Me.

    Nov 11, 2017

This is my 50th year living in this world, and the best gift of a half century on the planet rewards you with, is having the courage to speak your truth, and having the courage to not care who doesn't like you, because when you love yourself, you know that those who don't care for you, don't care for themselves and are still in the people pleasing zone.

When I chose the title of my book "Why American Women Are So Fat, Sick, Tired, & Angry And What I'm Doing About It", it was after three years of doing feminine fluffy type marketing.

That bait doesn't hook the fish who need me.

I am fully prepared for the backlash this title is going to bring, but so far, only one person has sassed me for it being harsh and he was a beta male, probably a social justice warrior.

I'm a warrior for women who want to be their most amazing, fabulous, sexy, joyous, adventure seeking selves.

I've had thousands of women in my presence hearing their intimate complaints about life and now I have nine years of research, three years of data working with clients, hundreds of health applications who didn't have the courage to improve themselves, and I have no fear of the message this book awakens and the relief I offer.

I've also had a decade of self improvement, self awareness, and more self love than most can get because I have the luxury of the time to do so.

For that, I share what I have learned. I share what works for me and this is my list:

    I'm already full of:

    flow

    freedom

    spaciousness

    connection

    groundedness

    fulfilling relationships

    sensuality

    love for your body

    success

    abundance

    radiance

    energy

    life force

    My body totally feels:

    confident

    connected

    radiant

    fully alive

    beautiful

    sensuous

    proud

    turned on

    lit up

My love relationship, when I can find a person of equal emotional health:

    satisfying

    fulfilling

    extraordinary

    juicy

    incredible

    hot

    a source of pride

    My work life is:

    on fire

    in flow

    dreamy

    satisfying

    successful

    just like you want it

    My community life is:

    big

    connected

    supportive

    rich

    rewarding

    encouraging

    inspiring

    ass-kicking

    loving

    intimate

    transparent

    My feminine energy is:

    strong

    in flow

    consistent

    well-balanced

    inspiring

    deep

    in surplus

    My inner state is:

    abundant

    excited

    thrilled to be alive

    available to connect

    skilled

    appreciative

    loving

    nourished

This list was taken from Regena Thomashauer's email today and I enjoyed seeing the descriptive words because I don't often take inventory on how fabulous I've become in 50 years.

When you see my story, I admit to being pathetic. I admit to allowing relationships that reduced my energy and passion. I admit to thinking small. It was only when I surrounded myself with people who could take me higher, that I could even BELIEVE that I could go higher. That I could be more, make more, live more, and give more.

Being Fat, Sick, Tired, & Angry are just the symptoms.

You've fed your body without loving it.

You've neglected that your body is screaming for help.

    You're emotionally exhausted.

And you're angry because you're being lied to about how you got there.

When you choose to awaken and choose yourself, I'll be here for you.

I am not fat shaming. I'm walking you to the path of the ultimate self love: Self Nourishment.

If you don't take care of the body you have to live in, it will never serve you, and then you can't serve others.
