I usually find blog post ideas from the menopause pages and from Facebook groups. I want to get to your pain points and help you out of them.
It's mind blowing to me how many women reject my scientifically proven remedies, like this post from today.
They say, "Stay strong, and go on HRT or Bio's", which I'm completely against as it makes no sense to me, and has ZERO evidence that it's safe or effective. For more details on that I have a completely free video series exposing the Medical Menopause Fraud.
One is not NOT being strong when real physical symptoms are happening. You can't out think yourself from real true physical symptoms.
Why isn't it common sense to find out the cause and eliminate it?
When you have food poisoning, you ask yourself what you ate, and don't eat it again.
That's what I did. I asked why is this happening to me. Not that the answers are right there at the top of Google. That would be too easy!
You'd think that the North American Menopause Society might have these answers but they don't. Their mission is to get every woman on HRT. Their blogs are all BLAH BLAH BLAH, BLAH BLAH BLAH.....oh eat a healthy diet and get exercise.
Yeah, that's kind of what I say, but I go into great detail because I was in the misery and I ate my way out of it, and I eat my way to delicious health every single day. I never ever suffer from bland food or caloric restriction. That is not a way to live.
I'm physically strong. I don't have one thing wrong with me medically at fifty-two years old. That's unheard of in the United States.
So I answered the above post today like this:
"Or you could learn WHY you have symptoms, and eliminate them that way.
Hot Flashes = excess estrogen, you have to change your menu to dissipate the fat cells holding the estrogen and then eat fiber to get them out of your body.
Mood swings...you have excess copper & zinc on your brain...you have to change your menu and eliminate toxic foods.
Disturbed sleep...excess Cortisol...you have to destress, get off the computer, and allow your body to use it's circadian rhythms to naturally encourage melatonin when the sun goes down.
Anxiety...again, high Cortisol. You need more serotonin, which you can get from a brisk walk, nice bike ride, exercise. You don't have to suffer menopause."
I do all of this and I'm 98% symptom free. When I get a hot flash, I have to think to myself, hmmm, what did I eat? And then I realize that I ate fat, and that's why I'm having a symptom. I've tested this over and over, turning my hot flashes on and off. If I eat fat, I know I will have hot flashes for a few hours to a few days.
When I manage to get myself off the computer by 9pm, I get a good night's sleep. When I'm on until midnight, I sleep horribly.
Anxiety? I don't have it anymore. I walk about six miles a day. Most night's of the week I ride my bike ten miles. You'd better believe that makes me feel good! I've got tons of serotonin running through my brain! No time to feel anxiety.
Actually it's the time when my creativity is at it's highest. This is no accident. This is me using my hormones FOR myself, not eating them to work against myself.
Ladies...you are NOT medically defective.
You are eating your way into it.
The best news is that you can eat your way out!
