The Right To Travel......vs..."Driving Privileges".
In black & white in their own code.

18 U.S. Code § 31 (a) (6)Motor vehicle:
The term “motor vehicle” means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes
on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo.
If you use the roads for commerce, then you are required to have a state driver's license.
Let's define "commerce".
If I have a truck and am picking up a load of lumber for Bob, and I transport it from point A to point B, and Bob paid me, then I was in commerce.
But...
If I go to Bob's and pay him for the same load of lumber, and BUY IT FROM HIM, then I own it.
It's my property.
Bob and I had a private transaction.
And I bring to to the same point B...
I was NOT IN COMMERCE.
Hence, LEGAL FOCKERY.
Every day in every town USA the civil servants violate the rights of the people and the people allow it because this has never been taught since the 80's.
Bravo Gen X. 🤣
Listen to a clip from my class.
