What Is Case Law

Case law is law that has already been determined. Cases that are the opinion of a judge. Understand that no matter what side of the fence you're on, or what subject you're arguing about, you can find case law that supports your opinion.

What attorneys get taught in law school is case law, case law, case law, and case law. That's it.

There are three types of law.

  1. There's superior law.

  2. Supreme law.

  3. Corporate bylaws.

Supreme Laws were given to us by God. They're unalienable. They're the 10 commandments and more.

The whole reason we have State and Federal Supreme Courts is because of our constitutions and our treaties. Those are supreme laws. The purpose of the Supreme Court is to see if a lower court decision conforms to the Constitution and of treaties of the United States of America. That's their only job.

You’ve got a 5% chance of getting a case before the Supreme Court.

Their only job is to see if the decisions of the lower courts conform to our constitutions and treaties. Do you know that's “We The People's” job? It's not up to them. We're supposed to notify them through our juries, and we're supposed to notify them every time we get a letter in the mail to our all-caps name.

When you get a letter in the mail from a government entity, it’s a contract and you have a 72-hour right to rescind it, to correct the errors our public servants make, and to educate them so they don't do it again.

That's your job. That's all of our jobs. We haven't done it for the last 100 years. We haven't corrected any of their errors. They make these tremendous “clerical errors”, and we don't correct them. Then we acquiesce to the administrative state.

I'll teach you how to use the power of the pen to educate them and get the paws of your hard-earned money.
