PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT
I
Terms & Conditions:
By engaging in communication and purchase of products, you are agreeing to conduct private economic activity with Learning Freedom University, PMA (Private Membership Association), which operates in conjunction with Gianna Miceli, PMA, collectively herein “University”, as a cooperative, private organization comprised of non-attorney people learned and skilled in private administrative remedy, document formatting, dispute and/or debt resolution, and claims regarding inherent rights granted by our Creator. The University does not practice law, give legal/statutory advice, or legal representation in any court of law. The University is not a corporation registered with any State, local, and/or federal agency, as it was created in accordance with the inherent right of all people to lawfully assemble, associate, and gather in order to conduct private economic activity, business, trade, and/or congressional gatherings of any sort with other peoples out of a free-willed desire to do so. The foundation of the University is per the guarantees enunciated by the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Supreme Court of the United States of America:
a) “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America.” (Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America)
b) “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their Just Powers from the Consent of the Governed” (Declaration of Independence)
c) “The idea is not sound therefore that the First Amendment’s safeguards are wholly inapplicable to business or economic activity.” (Thomas v. Collins, 323 U.S., 516 1945).
You, herein referred to as “Member”, a living Man/Woman expresses an unsolicited desire to become a member of the University for the purpose of conducting lawful association, private economic activity, business, trade, and/or congressional gatherings with the founders and/or other members who express a free-willed desire to do so.
II. CONFESSED COVENANTS OF THE COMMISSION
The University was founded by people who profess Jesus (Jeshua) as the only Son of our Creator, the one who died for our sins to become the Savior of the world:
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life,”
(John 3:16)
The University assists with dispute resolution and declarations claiming inherent birthrights, and hereby establishes a covenant with Member to provide such assistance with honesty, integrity, and justice in accordance with the commands of our Creator in His Holy Word:
“A false balance is abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is His delight.”
(Proverbs 11:1).
The University vows to provide sound assistance to the best of our ability in order to educate and assist Member to live free in accordance with our Declaration of Independence:

The University holds the conviction that the Word of God is true, and by following His instruction of knowledge we as a people can prosper:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
(Hosea 4:6)
“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.”
(Isaiah 1:19)
“Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye
receive not of her plagues.”
(Revelation 18:4)
III. CONFESSED COVENANTS OF MEMBER
Member vows to interact with the University and other members in a manner reflective of the Commission’s covenants enunciated herein.
Member vows to promptly pay any fees, reimbursements, compensation(s), and the like, to the University or any other member which said compensation is rightfully due.
Member vows to honor all responsibilities and/or duties within any business, trade, and/or economic activity conducted with the University or another member.
IV. DECLARATION OF OPERATING PRINCIPLES
The parties hereby vow and agree as follows:
• This Member Covenant is a private covenant which may not be impaired, adjudicated, and/or abridged by any STATE or government agency.
• This Member Covenant is beyond the jurisdiction of any venue and authority of local, state, and/or federal agency(s), inclusive of any officer, agent, employee, and/or subsidiary of said agency(s).
• This Member Covenant will operate pursuant to the original Constitution of the United States of America, the Constitutions of the various states of the United States of America which do not conflict with the U.S.A. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the expected peace of all peoples.
V. DECLARATION OF COVENANT DURATION
This Member Covenant shall remain in effect until such time as either party nullifies the same by a written notice.
VI. DECLARATION OF ENACTING AUTHORITY
By the authority of rights granted by our Creator, the Father of our Lord Jesus, and enumerated within the Constitution of the United States of America and Declaration of Independence, we the parties hereby organize and enact this Private Member Covenant pursuant to the free exercise of our right to “freedom of association”, and all other God-given rights He graciously bestowed upon us.
