LEGAL FOCKERY PMA 

PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT

 

In order to protect all Members from any adverse interference or action brought on by local, county, state, or federal regulatory, administrative or licensing agencies, and to receive full benefits from participation in Legal Fockery Private Member Association, (hereafter referred to as PMA or Association) all Members consent to the following:

 

I, MEMBER OF Legal Fockery  (here after referred to as Member) agree that I am joining Legal Fockery PMA; a Private Member Association protected under the Constitution of the United States of America and the original constitution for these united States of America and the Nevada Constitution.

 

I agree and strive to contribute to The purpose of Legal Fockery PMA  to fulfill the God given call to the founding Members to take dominion over the land; air and water as divinely created for and commanded to in Genesis 1:26-28. 26. Furthermore God said, “Let us make man in our image according to our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heaven, and over the beasts, and over all the earth, and over everything that creepeth and moveth on the earth. 27. 

 

Thus God created the man in his image: in the image of God created he him; he created them male and female. 28. And God blessed them, and said to them, Bring forth fruit, and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heaven, and over every beast that moveth upon the earth.

 

We will fulfill the desire of our hearts as promised in Psalms 37:4 And delight thyself in the Lord, and he shall give thee thine heart’s desire. 

 

We will answer this call from God to inspire others to grow while growing ourselves and to live and work according to 2 Corinthians 3:2 Ye are our epistle, written in our hearts, which is understood and read of all men to have Gods word written in our hears; to be known and read by all (wo)men whom we serve. 

 

We answer this call to run our race according to 1 Corinthians 9:24 Knew ye not, that they which run in a race, run all, yet one receiveth the prize? 

 

So run that ye may obtain.  

 

We press on in our daily actions toward the goal as expressed in Philippians 3:14. And follow hard toward the mark, for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 

 

Our belief is in Hebrews 13:21 Make you perfect in all good works, to do his will, working in you that which is pleasant in his sight through Jesus Crhrist, to whom be praise forever and ever Amen.

 

God has equipped us in every good work to fulfill this calling. We commit that in all our hands find to do, we will do it with all our might as commanded in Ecclesiastes 9:10. All that thine hand shall find to do, do it with all thy power for there is neighter work nor invention nor knowledge, nor wisdom in the grave whither though goest.

 

I agree to Section 4., Section 5., Section 6., Section 7., Section 8., and Section 9 of the State National Freedom Articles of Association as listed following.

 

Section 4. This Private Members Association of members hereby declares that our objective is to maintain, improve and protect our basic human rights, constitutional guarantees and political freedom as well as nurture, support and strengthen our relationship with God for every Association member, Legal Fockery, Man or Woman of these united States of America and that our rights to form this Private Members Association are granted among other things, by the Creator and second, by the united States Constitution, by the Nevada Constitution and by Common Law. 

 

This objective also pertains to all law-abiding people of other countries from around the world whose constitutional provisions and faith in God embrace similar rights, freedoms and beliefs as those in these united States of America.

 

Section 5. This Private Members Association, stands on the Nevada Constitution Article I Declaration of Rights. 

 

We stand on Section 1. Inalienable rights. All men are by Nature free and equal and have certain inalienable rights among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty; Acquiring, Possessing and proteting property and pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness[.] We statend on Section 4. Liberty of conscience. The free exercise and enjouyment of religious profession and worship without discrimination or preference shall forever be allowed in this State, and no person shall be rendered incompetent to be a witness on account of his opinions on matters of his religious belief, but the liberty of conscience [conscience] hereby secured, shall not be so construed, as to excuse acts of licentiousness or justify practices inconsistent with the peace, or safety of this State. 

 

We stand on Section 5. Suspension of habeas corpus. The privilege of the writ of Habeas Corpus, shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require its suspension. We stand on Section 9. Liberty of speech and the press. 

 

Every citizen may freely speak, write and publish his sentiments on all subjects being responsible for the abuse of that right; and no law shall be passed to restrain or abridge the liberty of speech or of the press. We stand on Section 10. Right to assemble and to petition. 

 

The people shall have the right freely to assemble together to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the Legislature for redress of Grievances. 

 

We stand on Section 11. Right to keep and bear arms; civil power supreme. 1. Every citizen has the right to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes. 2. The military shall be subordinate to the civil power We stand on Section 15. Bill of attainder; ex post facto law; obligation of contract. No bill of attainder, ex post-facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts shall ever be passed. We stand on Section 18. 

 

Unreasonable seizure and search; issuance of warrants. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable seizures and searches shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issure but on probable cause, supported by Oath or Affirmation, particularly describing the place or places to be searched, and the person or persons, and thing or thins to be seized.  We stand on Section 20. Rights retained by people. This enumeration of rights shall not be construed to impair or deny others retained by the people.

 

All the previous listed sections are in line with the constitution of these united States of America and the Constitution of The united States of America. 

 

This Private Members Association is in the private. Legal Fockery PMA members claim their constitutional rights to meet in the private, their freedom of religion, speech and press, our freedoms from searches and seizures and the right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers and effects, to freely assemble together to counsel for the common good, to make known our opinions, and to have the right to privately contract with one another without interference from local, county, state, LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE or FEDERAL interference and to have the freedom to include any people into our Private Members Association.

 

Section 6. We believe that the First Amendment to the Constitution: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.; guarantees our Members many rights including but not limited to the right to associate in private, the right to free speech, the right to free press, the right to assemble and the right to worship God, the right to share the Gospel, the right to encourage one another with biblical love. 

 

The right to meet together according to Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my Name, there am I in the midst of them.  

 

We believe this includes the right to gather for the lawful purpose of advising, helping, providing goods and services, and serving one another in our rights in any field of human or Godly interest, per the Federal and State Constitutions and common law as well as following God’s law. 

 

We believe and stand on the 2nd  Amendment A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. 

 

We believe the 4th Amendment of the Constitution of the united States of America: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.; secures our right of privacy and protection of our persons, houses, papers and effects against searches and seizures, we believe the enumeration of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by our Members per the 9th Amendment; The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.;  and we retain the right to privately contract per Article I Section 9. No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed. 

 

And Section 10 of the Constitution of the united States of America.; No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make an Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility. We therefor stand on silver minted coin to contract with one another, which no government or state can impair. 

 

We also reserve the right to accept Federal Reserve Notes for exchange of products, services and trainings.

 

Section 6.1. We believe that each (wo)man is responsible for his or her own beliefs and that any information, products, services, or advice they receive it is up to them in their divine sovereignty to discern the truth for their own peace of mind. 

 

Each man and woman in their sovereignty is responsible for any decisions made to receive, learn, share educational experiences, participate, ingest or receive any goods or services from other members of the State National Freedom PMA and take full responsibility for such decisions. 

 

We believe as sovereigns, each man and woman can make their own decisions to follow education and advice provided by Legal Fockery PMA and that any and all results are the responsibility of the sovereign making those choices and no remedy shall be required of Legal Fockery PMA. 

 

All members agree to remain in the private with other members and to never enlist outside litigation, civil courts, or other legal actions outside of the Legal Fockery PMA. We adhere to the belief and common law that each people is responsible for his/her own results from information or education received. We believe in God’s divine word that education is the key to sovereign freedom, according to God’s Holy Word 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, dividing the word of truth aright.

 

Section 6.2. We believe in the right to privately contract with one another as sovereign men and women, creations of Nature and Natures’ God. We believe that according to the Nevada constitution Article 1 Declaration of Rights Sections 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 18, and 20 and the Federal Constitution Article I Section 10 defend, promote and protect this right to privately contract with one another.

 

Section 7. We declare our rights under the Constitution of these united States to gather, worship, and operate our Association in the Private Jurisdiction and Domain, as guaranteed by the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments of the united States Constitution as well as to claim dominion over water, air and land as commanded by God in Genesis 1:28. And God Blessed them, and God said to them, Bring forth fruit, and multiply and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heaven, and over every beast that moveth upon the earth. 

 

All association activities are limited to our private association Members and are in the private domain only.

 

Section 8. We establish this PMA on the land that is generally considered to be Nevada State, an independent state of the Nation style by these united States of America, without the United States Washington D.C. corporation. 

 

This PMA is not part of, nor does it associate in any way with THE STATE OF NEVADA a private for profit corporation, denoted with a Dun and Bradstreet number #123259447. 

 

Section 9. The founder(s) of Legal Fockery Private Members Association declare and believe that God’s Holy Word, the Bible, is the ultimate Law of the Land and the ruling law of We the People and that the Bible, God’s Holy Word is recognized as the supreme law of the land of all local, county, state, federal and LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL laws as recognized by the 97th Congress Joint Resolution; Public Law 97-280 – October 4, 1982

 

Section 10. I agree the Founder(s) of Legal Fockery Private Members Association declare the right to select a spokesperson from our members who we believe able to provide members with the highest quality support to maximize their freedoms, rights as living men and women, to successfully educate their own children, to learn and grow as State Nationals, to educate and support all people in standing on their sovereignty and claiming dominion of the three jurisdictions God has called us to take dominion over, to comprehend the freedoms as well as the responsibilities of the 4 Founding Father parchments, and to overall improve the quality of each members private family, private life, private business partnerships, and private relationship with God while developing a sovereign life and faith in God our Father and educating their children to do the same. 

 

I comprehend and innerstand the mission for Legal Fockery PMA includes but is not limited to offering the following member benefits and services to our private members for a special donation agreed upon with the members.

 

1. Coaching for Private Civilians and providing a meeting place

2. Setting up and creating parchments for various types of affidavits, forms and parchments for members 

3. Providing education on the 4 Founding Documents of our Founding Fathers

4. Providing other goods, products or services that will benefit our members

5. Provide Private Civilian Sovereign growth in standing coaching and education

6. Provide guidance on the journey to becoming a State National

7. Coaching and guidance in developing our members own unique genius from God

8. Provide meeting places for free people to assemble and exercise their rights and freedoms under the united States constitution allowed by the first, fourth, fifth, ninth, and tenth Amendments.

9. Provide education on Dejure vs. Defacto Vocabulary People vs. Citizens vs. Persons

10. Provide coaching and training for each process and step to reach ultimate Freedom

11. Create, and disperse in exchange for donations educational content, materials, books, webinars, online platforms, videos, thumbdrive, digital and paper content designed to educate and support the State National on their journey of Freedom.

12. Provide events of gathering, inspiration and education from time to time.

13. Provide a private online platform for State Nationals to meet, educate, discuss, learn and help one another on the journey to Freedom.

I agree to keep details of the association, including any materials produced for me by the association, or other Members details, private, and will not share with anyone outside the organization without explicit expressed written permission from the founder. I agree not to share emails or private conversation or contact information with non-Members and to respect the privacy of other Members.

 

I innerstand that any products or services I may receive as a Member of this association are intended to improve or enhance a people’s natural state, to empower their own private constitutional standing and to enhance their knowledge of living in the private and agree to take final responsibility for any use of products or services. 

 

I innerstand and accept that I shall do my own due diligence and hold harmless any Member or founder of State National Freedom PMA and that any dispute shall be handled by the founder(s) with final decision for remedy made by the founder(s) and shall be accepted as a settled matter.

 

I agree to pay my dues of of the following:

$100 Federal Reserve Notes per month for Member Status on the www.LegalFockery.com

 

$65 plus shipping and handling for the book Free Dumb of which $1.00 from each book is credited towards a one time Member for the ability to donate to receive the book.

 

I innerstand my Member Agreement is for one people only or cohabitaing couples. 

 

I agree that further products and services beyond what is offered with the Members dues listed above will be based on a negotiated donation that will be added in item 12 to this Agreement and contract.

 

I innerstand that as a private Member of the State National Freedom Private Members Association I am invoking my united States constitutional rights, specifically the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th and the Nevada Constitutional rights included in the Article I of the Declaration of Rights Sections 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 18 and 20 and as such take full responsibility for my own behavior, such that my actions shall never constitute anything that can be determined to be of a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil.”  

 

I innerstand that the Bible is the guide to the articles of association for Legal Fockery Private Ministerial Association. 

 

That it is our divine calling in Genesis 1:28 And God Blessed them, and God said to them, Bring forth fruit, and multiply and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heaven, and over every beast that moveth upon the earth. to take dominion of the land, air and water. And that it is our divine right as men and women to contract with and associate with one another as creations of Nature and Nature’s God.

 

I agree that any disputes I, or those under my Members Agreement and contract, have will be brought to the attention of the board and founder(s) in a timely manner so that it can be resolved by the board and Founder(s) and that as a Private Member’s Association, we are not subject to litigation nor do outside litigation, courts, attorneys, magistrates or other public servants  from the Public domain have any jurisdiction in our Private domain and our Private Member’s Agreement. 

 

I innerstand that all disputes will be handled in accordance with God’s Holy word as described in Matthew 18:2 For where two or three are gathered together in my Name, there am I in the midst of them.

 

I innerstand the Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the united States Constitution, U.S. Constitution, and it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of the Federal and State; FEDERAL and STATE and local county or municipal Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association and any Founder(s), Members or other people associated with the Association by designation of the Founder(s). All rights of complaints or grievances shall be settled by the founder(s) or by their designee from the board of directors. Founder(s) and board of directors decisions in any dispute shall be considered a matter of settled fact.

 

I also innerstand that if my actions are not consistent with the values of the organization, I may be asked or told to leave the organization and my Member Agreement would cease to exist.

We declare the freedom to meet, discuss and educate our children and others in the  private, exempt from any local, county, state, federal, LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE or FEDERAL statutes, codes, regulations or rules,  including but not limited to farm fresh, frozen, canned, freeze dried or dehydrated.

 

I comprehend that  it is expressly declared by the Founder(s)  that this Private Members Association, which is not a public corporation, profitable business partnership, company, estate, joint stock Limited Liability Corporation, nor trust, nor any other form of publicly incorporated association, is hereby created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, private unincorporated entity. No local, state, county, federal or LOCAL, STATE, COUNTY OR FEDERAL regulating body, entity, committee, organization or other such group has any lawful jurisdiction over this Private Members Association. 

 

Any disputes will be handled and determined within the Private Membership Association by the Founder(s) Giana Miceli and her decision shall be deemed a final and settled matter.

 

I comprehend, innerstand and acknowledge that my success and the results of all education, trainings, materials, meetings, coaching, support and encouragement, supplies, materials – whether digital or hard copy are the express intellectual property of the Founder(s) of State National Freedom PMA and that I shall remain in honor and protect that intellectual property entrusted to be shared with me.

 

I comprehend, innerstand and acknowledge that State National Freedom PMA offers no expressed or implied guarantee to the success of my journey to freedom or my ultimate goals; and that my success lies solely in my sovereignty as a people to do my own studies, due diligence, implementation and follow through and that State National Freedom PMA is for support and encouragement, educational and entertainment purposes only.

 

 The terminology used in these Articles of Association and members agreements is used solely for clarification of the various usages for Private Members Associations under universal contract law by and between free, spiritually free men and women, creations of nature and Natures God, whose lives and rights derive from God Almighty and unique Covenant of the man and/or woman with the Creator. 

 

As sovereign, living, breathing, creations of God, we are being called to exercise our rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, speech, religion, assembly and to contract with other men and women with the same principals and beliefs for the products and services provided by State National Freedom PMA. 

 

I agree this is my responsibility to be aware of these God-given, God-Nature created freedoms and to be versed in the protection afforded me by the united States Founding documents and the Bible, God’s Holy word.

 

I innerstand that we are all connected and that our actions affect one another. We strive to encourage and support one another, as a family and community.

 

I innerstand that I or those who am responsible for my own outcome from any training or coaching, results from any counsel, coaching, training, mentoring or other products or services provided, received, coached or given whether donation was exchanged for such products, training, coaching and services or such products, services, counsel and coaching was a gift.

 

I innerstand that I am responsible to do my own due diligence before accepting, using or implementing any products, training, coaching or services received from Legal Fockery Private Member’s Association.

 

Product or services to be provided by Legal Fockery PMA to Member include but may not be limited to: 

 

• A copy of Legal Fockery Private Member’s Association Articles of Association have been offered to me and that I have accepted those articles as created by the founder(s) 

 

The terminology used in these articles of organization and Members Agreements is used solely for clarification of the various usages for Private Member Associations under universal contract law by and between free, spiritually free men and women, creations of nature and Natures God, whose lives and rights derive from God Almighty and unique Covenant of the man and/or woman with the Creator.

 

Any reference within these parchments to the man shall also include the woman and any reference to one people may include many people. This Private Member Association shall be construed and interpreted in the private and all decisions or disputes will be final as settled by the founders.

 

I comprehend that the elimination of one Item or segment of this Agreement does not eliminate the entirety of the Agreement but the Agreement will remain as Agreed and Autographed below.

 

Devine Trust:

 

The Founder(s), Members and Associate Members of State National Freedom Private Members Association view this Private Members Association as a divine trust from God. 

 

All things biblical are a trust. 

 

We recognize God as the executor/grantor of this Private Members Association that we have been entrusted. 

 

We recognize that we, as Founder(s) are the trustees of that which God has granted to us. 

 

We recognize all Members of our Private Members Association as the beneficiaries of what God has entrusted us with.

 

 Although this Private Members Association is not recorded, created, or structured as a trust; it is that which God has divinely entrusted us with that we desire to be the best stewards possible. 

 

We recognize this stewardship not only is for the tangibles gifts that God has entrusted us, but also includes those talents and gifts that He has divinely entrusted to us men and women created in His image and now calls us to serve one another with those same talents and gifts in the private as God designed us to live as free people. 

 

It is in accordance with this heart and our Articles of Association that we established Legal Fockery PMA  a Private Members Association and by purchasing any products, the Member(s) do(es) hereby agree for the purposes and aims stated herein do jointly agree to this parchment and all expressed on this parchment
