Lyin' Scott Bernard's Departure From Inalienable University

Scott Bernard of Brookstone Law is no longer associated with the formerly named Inalienable University. God is always in my sails. I've restored the name to Legal Fockery University in the detransitioning of his departure because that is my authentic brand.

January 1st of 2024, Scott joined my already established Legal Fockery University as a curriculum advisor. Based on his Christian values, he didn't like the name, and I acquiesced to "Inalienable University", which lacks dazzle and marketing appeal, but I agreed and was excited to expand teaching how to exercise our rights based on his common law knowledge.

The Internet is flooded with video clips of Scott and myself and members of the University speaking and teaching the principles of the common law, the Uniform Commercial Code, the truth about statutes vs laws, and the word of God.

I believe in the principles Scott taught as I've navigated the legal system before and after Scott's teachings and have seen the belly of the beast from the inside and am currently exposing the corruption and rights violations of the entire Broward County Florida legal system.

Once you SEE what we see, you can't un-see it. The plan to remove civics from schools and

the indoctrination to obey the government is a massive Goliath to battle.

But unfortunately Scott's character has not held up to his Christian claims. Unfortunately Scott's words do not reflect the word of God. Unfortunately Scott must bear false witness upon me to save what he has failed at.

On October 8th, Scott sat in our Zoom meeting asking us to support a friend's wife who is running for Senate and to expect an email from him about her. At the end of the Zoom he reminded everyone again about the email coming from his email of Brookstone Law.

Take note: Scott is Brookstone Law. I was the University, whatever it be called.

Scott sent out an email at 2 am announcing his departure from the university and no longer associating with Inalienable University to launch his own university due to the former moving away from his original "mission to help others see God more clearly and my desire to serve people in His name."

This is a lie.

The man who was my partner for 20 months lacked a modicum of humanity and manhood to have a conversation with me and was salacious about misleading the group to open his email trying to take them with him to his new shell of a university of nothingness.

He also stated in his 2 am breakup email to me, "From the beginning, my heart for the university was to create a place of peace: a space where people could exhale, grow, and come closer to God through understanding truth."

That is a complete lie.

He's never spoken those words to me EVER. He never conceived of such a space since he has no experience what so ever of how to create an online presence past his Facebook profile and selfies.

He wanted a university where there were no mechanisms for people to communicate and ask questions. I had to explain to him that the people communicating and sharing was the heart of the university.

He went live in his new university and stated his departure was never about money but about his vision.

This is a lie.

Anyone is entitled to a new vision, direction, and to depart, but when you claim to be a man of God, as he calls himself a pastor, to do so with deception and lack of transparency for no reason at all, is not Godly and not a man.

Scott Bernard is the very definition of a coward.

I'll let the words of the members he let down speak for my claims here.

On July 1st, 2025, Scott Bernard excoriated me that he wasn't making enough money and the university was consuming his time.

Due to the aggression of illicit, unlawful bank attorneys, and his forensic mortgage audit and discharge process being challenged by fraud foreclosures brought by the unscrupulous banks, our income dropped and his personal income decreased due to people not hiring him for a forensic mortgage audit.

He attributed that drop in income to a default on my competency and dare I say, character as if I were not honorable in our agreed upon income split.

We have collected enormous evidence that it is literally a crime syndicate, but that also includes the judges and the Sheriffs. That could not be helped and it's not easy to beat.

Scott's answer to EVERYTHING, is to bring a "suit at common law" in Federal District Courts. That is correct and SHOULD BE available to us but it wan't and isn't.

We had and estimated 40 people file, and try to file suits at common law only to be held up by clerk's, who are ordered by the judges and magistrates to not allow this, or they find reasons to not allow it and kicked the cases while stealing our $405 to file, and all of this violates our 7th Amendment rights.

That is 100% true.

You can see the proof of this by looking up Federal court judges and see that they are both Article I and Article III. You have to demand and Article III court but the corruption will not allow it. Only one member's suit remains in court, but it has never had a drop of movement.

These are the judges that stopped our 7th Amendment right. I have a spreadsheet of the evidence against each one or their clerks issued orders by them and I have the names of the actual people whose rights were denied. That is concrete evidence.

Although there should be a 7th Amendment common law jury in Federal Courts paid for by tax payers, there isn't at this time.

Scott has several cases filed in Louisiana, but there is no movement for 1-2 years so far. He cannot in good faith, speak the words to his fellow man to "just file a suit at common law".

That is a lie.

It doesn't exist. Even if allowed to be filed, it will never move through the court until Congress or the Supreme Court makes that happen.

I went to Washington DC back in July and logged 68,000 steps in 3.5 days navigating the halls of Congress, I dropped off 34 reports to the Republican members of the Judicial Committee that took me three hours, and every night was in the right places to network with people who could help our cause.

The 2024 SCOTUS ruling of SEC v Jarkesy states that we should have common law juries. It SHOULD be happening but it's not.

The burden of nearly 40 people with their homes at risk of being stolen from the criminal syndicate forced Scott to look for alternative lawful ways to get people remedy.

Scott claimed to be altering documents to combat the lawlessness, but nobody has ever seen them or born the fruit of that labor nor has anything changed in the pursuit of stealing homes in the last six months.

That is the truth.

People's documents are ignored by the courts. Brady violations are committed by the bank attorneys. Judges ignore filings and in four minutes award default judgments. Then on to eviction hearings. This is a criminal enterprise of epic deception and collusion.

We have recordings of these happenings. You may have seen my videos on social media.

Instead of being upfront and straight with people, we've discovered after six months of being strung along and not knowing of Scott's activities, he has ghosted people's paid consults, ignored their emails, promised documents that never arrived, and told us that when God tells you to be still, Scott is still.

So we were still.

This burden WAS about money.

With less people joining classes, and seeing the trouble with the forensic audit, of course people didn't sign up for it. That was less money for Scott.

I too would be upset having to tend to the mess of unlawful civil servants and do so unpaid, but that was Scott's choice. People were willing to pay, but he had nothing to be paid for. His remedy had run out of steam.

The frustration got to him, in my opinion, and on July 1st, he excoriated me saying, and I quote, "This might be a lot of money to you but it's not to me!" in regards to the university income.

This is a fact. He screamed those words and blamed me for what he lacked.

I found this to be beyond insulting to my intelligence as all I was doing was informing him of facts. It was he who was so inappropriately speaking to me, it was he who was out of congruency with God, and it was he who was disrespectful to the person who put his teachings on the map for people to learn what he intended them to learn.

I started the university as a way to help people. Every word and video were created by my fingers. Every curated class was crafted by my fingers and brain. Every video clip was made my hands and brain.

Scott Bernard has not ever not once promoted the university on his personal social media.

It grew to become my life seven days a week morning and night. There are people online at 5 am to past midnight in my Eastern time zone and I am obligated to be there to answer their questions. I owe it to them and I fullfill my duty.

I am fortunate in that I love teaching this. I love helping people. Their victories are my victories. I am joyous when they exit the IRS and realize that it IS an option. I love when they realize how to read the small print, and see the deceptive words of contracts because I taught them.

Scott has taught me and I teach them. Scott has given me an immeasurable eduation over the past twenty months.

On that day of him screaming at me, Scott wanted to go inside the university to see the "books". I have no problem wtih that. We should do it together side by side. I have nothing to hide.

What Scott wanted, was to do it on his own by me giving him my passwords. I gave him my password to enter the university using my profile. He saw income reports that were confusing to him and he told me, so I looked into them.

What I found was that looking at a January report wasn't January 1st to the 31st. Look at the date ranges. They're not the first of the month to the last day of the month. He neglected to notice.

When comparing these reports to what landed in my net account, it's not a true comparison. When I look at January, I go to January 1st to the 31st. The reports do not.

Additoinally I found that IOS payments lag two months behind which nobody would know unless they read through the entire payment distributions in my platform which I did to find answers to Scott's questions and spend seven hours doing a forensic audit. My forensic accounting showed I owed him a small amount of money from IOS payments.

He insisted that my accounting was not enough and he wanted the password to my credit card processor which I'm not giving to ANYONE on principle alone.

I wouldn't even trust a family member with access to change my bank account, password, and have the capability of destroying my entire financial lifeline and online business structure of 15 years.

I offered to sit next to him and open it up for us to both see if there were miscalculations.

He never took me up on the offer, and thus began him brewing and stewing in a sea of disdane for me because I didn't acquiesce to him to have my password and he allowed misinformation to fester without bothering to speak to me.

His manhood didn't like that at all.

I'm an adult and I was happy to sit next to him or Zoom screenshare to show the numbers. He never responded.

He's lying that he asked me several times.

What he did, was use entry into the university under my profile and downloaded the entire email list with intent to steal our members and make them his members of his new university.

On July 13th, he opened up his own university in secret and his attendance in there is shown by this screenshot of his profile in his university.

By observation of his appearances in my University, before July, his calendar reflected him ONLY coming in for Zoom days. But since July, he was there nearly daily yet never answered people's questions. Never posted a comment. Never made his presence known.

Scott Bernard had NEVER EVER contributed to participating in the university by answering people's questions, cheering people on, or dropping bombs of knowledge.

Scott Bernard NEVER EVER promoted this univeristy on his own social media .

So for the last three months while people were getting no answers to their questions in regards to their forensic audit progress, Scott Bernard was in the university seeing people's questions and activity, and NOT RESPONDING.

He stopped responding to my texts sending him the people's questions like:

Where is my ROL.

Where is my conveyance.

Where is my PMA.

When is he calling me?

When did my papers go out?

Don't take my word for it. Take the word of the member's own testimonials.

Scott Bernard is still today, stringing people along by saying they're going to have suits at common law as remedy to their problems while in the same sentence saying they don't exist.

You be the judge as he's disgracefully slandering me as bipolar, mean, unwelcoming, and cheated him out of money.

He invited people to his pathetic university that contains NOTHING but two classes for sale to people who already took those classes in my univeristy, and is asking them to pay $110 a month.....for his Sunday Bible study.

He is of the opinion that praying will solve these people's problems.

While I believe in prayer, as having this university is an answer to one of my prayers, the clean up on aisle Scott has left over 60 people in need of answers, which I am supplying, by finding other solutions to their needs.

Scott is mocking me, but the proof is in the pudding.

People are asking if the University will go on.

You know what they say, "A reason and a season."

The season of Scott Bernard has ended and a new one has opened.

I value how we grew the university but in my world, the dishonorable won't last.

The worst things he can say about me is that I "went off" on people.

I sure did. When they deserved it.

Why would someone deserve that?

When they were dishonorable and gashlighting, something Scott would never know since he never showed up inside.

And Scott agreed with those removals.

Not everyone is a good fit for this education.

Part of my frustration that I will admit to being wrong about, was the daily barrage of questions for Scott that went unanswered. I was resentful having to take the daggers for him.

I always screenshot or copied and pasted the member's questions and texted them to Scott.

In the last three months, he never even bothered to let me know he saw them, and then he speaks as if his not knowing the communication is my fault.

You're a grown ass man. Handle your business. Organize your business.

But I loved him as my friend, and I trusted he was working so I tolerated the frustration.

I have since profusely apologized to the group and a new Gianna has been born and the people have noticed.

The renamed Legal Fockery University is bigger and better than ever!

We have over 1000 members who have exited the IRS, and no longer pay sales tax on Amazon, and see the light where they are unknowingly consenting to be governed.

We have people putting their businesses in the private thus removing the boot of government over their lives.

This movement will never end as long as I draw breath on this earth.

I am here for my members. He is not.
