The week the Somali fraud in Minneapolis broke, the Internet nearly broke as all we saw were Americans furious that while they go to work every day, the Somali's were collecting uncountable billons opening up fraud day care agencies.

But how do you do this?
By lawfully exiting the IRS.
The IRS is an administrative agency.
It is a division of the United States government, empowered through Congress’s administrative authority under Article I of the Constitution.
That means one thing:
They deal only with administrative matters.
Not private rights.
Not living men and women.
Not sovereignty.
What “Administrative” Actually Means
Let’s make this simple.
The CEO of Coca-Cola cannot walk into Walmart and tell Walmart employees what uniforms to wear.
But he can tell his own employees, his own departments, his own divisions what to do.
That’s administrative authority.
Congress operates the same way.
Once Congress functioned as a corporate entity, its powers became administrative.Administrative bodies can only adjudicate administratively—nothing more.
The Trap: Acknowledging Administrative Authority
Any time you file, sign, or send documents to the IRS, you are acknowledging their authority over you as a:
“TAXPAYER PERSON”
—not you as a living being with private rights.
Acts
Codes
Statutes
House Joint Resolutions
All of these are statutory. All of them are administrative.
Congress’s authority under Article I is administrative only.
The Three Strikes Most People Don’t See
Most people already have three strikes before they even realize what’s happening:
1⃣ Filing through a CPA
2⃣ Filing through an attorney
3⃣ Signing or e-filing returns
No offense to CPAs or attorneys—they are doing exactly what they were trained to do.
CPAs study codes and statutes⚖ Attorneys are officers of the court
Neither studies why statutes apply—or whether they apply—to private people.
Representation = Legal Fiction
An attorney cannot be you.
They can only re-present you.
When you are represented, you are treated as a legal entity—a fictional “person” that cannot speak for itself.
“Whoever speaks for you controls the narrative.”
Attorneys act as intermediaries—and they will proceed exactly how the IRS expects.
You Do Not Need a CPA or an Attorney
The United States Code itself states that you can revoke the IRS’s election as your taxing authority.
Most people don’t do this for one reason:
Fear
Fear shuts down thinking.
