IRS MYTH: You can't stop paying the IRS forever.

Well, I can’t in good faith answer the question about forever, but in the 26 years since I lawfully exited the I*R*S I’ve never ever heard from them

Surely you’re asking why?
How can this be?
Am I earning income “under the table”?
No I’m not.
It’s 2026.
All of my income is from online sales and that means credit cards, that means a credit card processor, that mean easily trackable.
I simply exercise my rights.
What rights Gianna???? LOL
I have a RIGHT to PRIVATE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY.
That means I as a non-legal entity have the unlimited capacity to contract with any other non-legal entities.
I have a right to declare a tax status or not.
I choose not to act as the agent for a legal entity. No political subdivision can compel me to perform. Surely you’ve never ever heard these words before, so what does that mean?
Congress was created via Article I of the Constitution. That’s administrative. Administrative requires consent.
It says so in the Declaration of Independence.
It says “the consent of the governed”.
They know this.
They’ll just never tell you cuz it will blow up their scheme.
They get your consent and you don’t even know you’re giving it.
They own the propaganda machines.
Even you, right now, cannot tell me why you think you MUST pay income tax.
You cannot legally define income.
You cannot legally define their use of the word “person”.
You cannot legally dismantle their letters that scare you, to compel you to “perform”.
Your filing isn’t usable without your signature right?
Right?? Say it!
You must sign it!
That’s performing.
You CAN operate without a Social Security number and I’d love to rescind mine, and I’m trying, but it also isn’t compelling me to perform.
I must use it to bank, so I use it as a door to commerce to perform.
I have every right to choose how I use it.
So I open that door, perform commerce, then close it.
I haven't paid federal, state, or Social Security since '99.
I only have $20K in Social Security.
How much did you put in?
I will not take the distribution because again, that’s another contract I don’t want to be in.
You can have my share.
I’ve helped over 1000 people exit the IRS.
It's real when you know the lawful exit.
Follow me to freedom.
Gianna
