Why you should NEVER be exited about "tax cuts"!
They tricked you into consenting to donating your money VOLUNTARILY.
This is LEGAL FOCKERY.
It's "legal" because you agreed to it.
It's "unlawful" because the contract lacked the eight parts of a lawful contract.
How is it a contract Gianna????
Well it's no good unless you sign it!
It's a one way contract and you waive all your rights.
There are eight parts to a LAWFUL CONTRACT:
1. Offer — One party makes a clear, definite proposal to enter into an agreement on specific terms.
2. Acceptance — The other party unconditionally agrees to the exact terms of the offer (often called the "mirror image" rule).
3. Awareness (or Intent / Intention to Create Legal Relations) — Both parties must intend for the agreement to be legally binding (not just a casual or social arrangement).
4. Consideration — Something of value (e.g., money, services, goods, or a promise) must be exchanged between the parties.
5. Capacity (or Competency) — All parties must have the legal ability to contract (e.g., be of legal age, sound mind, and not under duress or undue influence).
6. Legality (or Lawful / Legal Purpose) — The contract's objective and terms must be legal and not against public policy.
7. Certainty of Terms (or Certainty / Definiteness) — The terms must be clear, specific, and complete enough that a court can understand and enforce them.
8. Mutual Assent (or Meeting of the Minds / Free Consent) — Both parties must genuinely agree to the same terms without fraud, misrepresentation, duress, or mistake.
What the hell are you getting out of it?
Somali fraud!!
Follow me to freedom!
Gianna
