The name Legal Fockery University is bold, it is memorable, and it is unapologetically mine.
That is the energy this community was built on, and we are fully back to it, with an energy in the community that was lacking.

We Found Eric, a Master Paralegal To Clean Up The Mess Scott Left Behind.
When a door closed, a master paralegal walked in.
Eric brought a level of legal brilliance that shifted how I think about statutory wins.
The courts and government agencies are far more likely to yield to a properly constructed statutory remedy than to fight a common law one, and Eric showed us exactly how to build those.
His work inspired something even bigger for me personally.
I Graduated From Paralegal School And Changed The Entire Direction Of LFU.
I did it so that I never have to depend on anyone else to write documents for this community again.
What I did not expect was how much it transformed my research skills and my view of the law.

I started hosting constitutional experts on LFU Zoom sessions, and the breadth of perspective they bring is extraordinary.

They were people who got screwed by the system so they went to law school.
One of our new friends is licensed to argue at the Supreme Court level.
Another can be retained for Pro Se advice.
Another gave us stellar advice for maneuvering traffic court.

We Built Individual IRS Remedies That Stand Solid
Every IRS letter a member receives now receives a personally crafted administrative remedy, citing Supreme Court precedent, state constitution, and controlling case law.
I also deepened my own IRS curriculum by completing additional coursework on deductions and withholding strategy, so I can stand fully behind every single thing I teach in the IRS curriculum.
It's always better to keep all your money.
But more importantly, I want the members to make fully educated decisions about IRS deductions or the IRS Exit.
Since I rebuilt our IRS Exit documents with even better standing, we've not had a single IRS harassment letter.
