If you intend to fight I would look at both cases, and compare details so that you either win in district court or on appeal.
Gianna. If you look in the traffic codes look at the definition of "State" for Florida, in the Virginia traffic code State.—
The term “State” means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States. . The codes are federal, just mirrored as state codes and under 18 U.S.C. 31 (a) (6) you know how they define driving under that U.S. code, and all Highways are in fact Federal and paid for by federal funds. Gas taxes are 9/10 of a cent apportioned throughout the 50 states of the union and are a direct tax.
