Traffic Court Legal Fockery

Legal systems can sometimes feel like a maze designed to confuse rather than clarify.
When I first encountered what I now call Legal Fockery, I was overwhelmed by the complexity and the subtle traps hidden in plain sight.

What Is Legal Fockery?
Legal Fockery is not a formal term you’ll find in textbooks or law dictionaries. It describes the experience of encountering legal language, procedures, or systems that seem intentionally complicated or misleading. It’s the feeling that the rules are designed more to confuse or trap than to protect or clarify.
This confusion often arises from:
Overly complex language that hides simple truths
Procedural hurdles that delay or obstruct justice
Ambiguous rules that can be interpreted in multiple ways
Power imbalances where those with resources exploit the system
Understanding Legal Fockery means recognizing these tactics and learning how to navigate or challenge them.
