Scott Bernard: Epic Lies Revealed! Scott Deceived Us All Of 2025.

I'm so glad Scott sent out an email on January 10th, 2025 that further demonstrates how dim he is, being that he put his entire email list on it, but neglected to BCC them so everyone could see the emails.


Read the room Scott. There are people on your email list who lost their homes and autos because of YOU. These are people who are demanding refunds from you on your email list.

Scott neglects a lot of things and the number one thing he neglects is the truth.


Boy have I found a HUGE lie of omission.

And a flat out lie.


People have come out of the shadows to me since his cowardly departure and I use the word "cowardly" because the foreclosure heat got too hot for Scott to handle as of October 9th so he made up a story that I didn't take the University in the Bible direction he wanted.


It's not a conversation he ever had with me. He lies.


  1. He lied that if you bought a class in IU, you can move over there without buying it again.

  2. He lied that you don't have to take foundational education sequentially. You do.

  3. His best lie is that you can ask questions! Well no you can't. You have to email Tamara, and then pay $175 for her time, even if all you need is a document that you could get by taking my class that you already paid for.

  4. In fact what Scott claims to offer is "unsolicited writing services" but there was his email literally soliciting people to buy classes. Too funny.

  5. And my favorite, is that nowhere is the name of Scott Bernard on his website. Not on a profile. He never posts or responsds to questions.

  6. I told you all, he never wanted a feed open for people to ask questions and he made it that way in his university.


He claims that Gianna is:

Mean

Strict

Treats people like children.

Has threatened him and his family, also all lies.


But I've never ever caused someone to lose their home and all the equity in their home.


I am strict because when you don't get the education, you don't succeed. Scott knows this.


I've never spoken in bad faith that a remedy leads to "Suits at Common Law" when none exist.


In the same sentence he says the "suits are coming" but no court honors them.

Ok Scott. LOL How's that working out for everyone?


It's February 8th, four months since his departure and there are NO SUITS AT COMMON LAW. But they're comin' he claims! Everyone just keep waiting! He has meetings coming up.


All of his cases and Tamara's cases have been kicked out of court as they all can be seen on Pacer.


So let's talk about the biggest lie of all spoken by three time felon Scott Bernard.


I can easily and in honor, sit in a Federal witness stand, and place my hand on the Bible and speak testimony that Matthew Scott Bernard told me to my face at dinner and on every occasion of speaking about his home that he lives in, as "being in the private" that he:


  • Owns the home in Dehnam Springs, LA, as he pays cash for all his assets, and that he never paid property taxes because it's in "the private".


But property taxes, mortgages, and deeds don't lie.

Scott does.


If you're in his university of nothingness, he's been sharing a story for the last few months about being "personally involved" in a foreclosure suit in front of Judge Brenda Ricks in Livingston Parish, Scott's parish, and how he's winning by collecting evidence against her for violating his rights, when he's always told us that you have no rights in state courts.


Yet he stepped foot in a state court....to save the home he lives in.

He didn't do that for any of the members.


He spoke the words about evidence being from the original deceased owner, Judy, that was inherited by her daughter, the one facing the foreclosure, naming her wet ink signature.


He spoke of her motion to dismiss being denied, and having to cure for $100,000 and then later in his story he spoke of the party having to pay the "fees" bringing the total to $120,000.


The big lie is this.


Scott does not own the home he lives in, the one with the pretty wood background behind his desk, the place he has called home since just before he acquired his bride in 2018. The home that Scott claims he "paid cash for, so it's in the private", is not owned by Scott and never was and is not in the private.


If that isn't a lie of omission sharing the story to his members then I don't know what one is.


I can't say that Scott rents exactly, as I have no evidence of a financial transaction between he and the owner, but I have evidence that Scott's house was discovered to be on Auction.com's website by a member of the University and victim of Scott Bernard, and the home was to be sold on December 10th, 2025 but escaped that fate.


The real owner of Scott's marital home is Vanessa, daughter of Judy.


And she was in "Scott's mortgage process" of lies, hence why he was attending state court to defend this foreclosure first hand. That process failed her in court as per his own words.


The property taxes are all paid up as of January 9th, 2026. Hence, NOT IN THE PRIVATE.


It's likely that Scott's "process" hasn't resulted in one single lawful or legal release of lien.

It didn't work for Scott's personal home.


Remember Scott claims he's been doing doing this for ten years!

That brings us to 2014 (as Scott told us that January of 2024)

Scott was let out of prison on 05/24/2016 so there's another lie!


Scott has only been getting audits from Joe since 2023 not for ten years as he claims.


As a sidebar story, Scott's ex-wife, mother of two children who are estranged to him, is named Stephanie, a chronic drug addict, as can be seen on court documents . Her mother raised Scott's children. I haven't made a solid connection yet between Stephanie and Vanessa and Judy but it's worth noting the same last name. Is Scott renting from a relative of his estranged children? Who knows.


I called Vanessa, as her number is public as she is a realtor, and told her that Scott Bernard's lies have left a wake of destruction in people's lives, and asked if she would answer questions about Scott and she declined as she is just like all who are wasting their time and money paying Scott: Pipe dreams of million dollar suits at common law that will never come to fruition.


Here's a screenshot of 38 suits at common law that were filed with Scott's guidance in our suit group and all have been kicked, a claim Scott dances around.


Has he fixed this problem? Well he claims that "we're making progress" but can't ever speak of such progress.



As of today here is Scott's forensic audit batting record, and this is only what I know of, which is not the totality:


  • Eight people have been evicted, as in forced out by writs and police presence.

  • Two of them were seven hour standoffs with police because Scott made people believe they had standing if they just don't open the door.


    That's a lie. Both standoff situations were forced out by breaching the door.


  • Five people have been foreclosed upon, but not YET evicted as of yet.

  • Eleven people are in currently in foreclosure hearings.

  • Fourteen people cured, that I know of, to remove foreclosure threats.


These people are all out tens of thousands of dollars Scott used buy his Denali, two BMW's, two Boats, and a condo on the river while acting as the advisor to the membership.


  • Then there are 30 people, THAT I KNOW OF, that paid Scott but have not had a shred of contractual remedy for credit cards and auto loans and are in various states of a mess with their credit, their homes, and their marriages.

  • Four autos have been repossessed, to my knowledge.


Scott does not care at all that people are losing their homes.

While all this is going on, he's crafting 61 Bible lessons.


In fact, he blames those that lost their homes for "giving life to the claim" as if you can just keep ignoring foreclosure suits without consequences. His claim to just "reject for cause" was unsuccessful.


What we've learned since Scott's departure:


1. Prior to Scott's departure, I had never seen his documents for his mortgage "process".


Most of you should remember that in 2024, his process was one way, then after the 2nd foreclosure/eviction in 2025, he changed it, then allegedly changed it again during the summer of 2025.


He gaslit people for months upon months that he had to give the banks more time, while gaslighting that the suits were coming back.


I can put my hand on a Bible and state that Scott said that THE BANKS ALWAYS GIVE IN, meaning, that they SIGN THE ROL either on their own because of fear of exposing the fraud being called out, or upon the threat and/or filing of a suit at common law.


These are now known to be lies.


Not a single person has had Scott's ROL recording been recognized and respected as a document with any prohibitive meaning as far as a bank agreeing that you no longer owe the servicer payments....that I know of.


Please come forward if you have. You're a miracle.


2. Scott's "covenant" promises an affidavit proving the "course of performance" but it does no such thing. 


His affidavit is simply him stating UCC 202 and 303. He doesn't include a single certified mailing tracking number for the three documents he allegedly mailed on people's behalf with their signature on it, that PROVES "course of performance".


He has ONLY put certified mailing on the final document since 20 people called him out on it.


He has also lied that he used process servers, but not a single affidavit has included an affidavit of service by a process server and you've never heard him speak those words.

You can't make this up.


Imagine you are the bank or attorneys and you get this nonsensical document with his name on it.


He's not a party to the situation whatsoever and it proves nothing. It's no wonder people's homes are being foreclosed upon. The ONLY correspondence people received were foreclosure notices and NEVER about the fraud challenge. Not a single one.


Scott's Construction company, which has an acitve DUNS number on it, is domiciled at his Dehman Springs address. Scott is easy to find in Google so I'm not doxxing him.


I can't 100% prove this, but it appears via Scott's LLC DUNS number, that is still active, so is Trinity Developemnt, his LLC, still active. Who really cares but Mr. Bigshot who claimed he operates in the private, is NOT IN THE PRIVATE.


Even his new condo on the water is in HIS NAME, on a real estate database in his name, so how is this IN THE PRIVATE like he claims. His claim is that he takes all the papers at the closing, so who has documents that put this sale on a database?


Scott mocks me stating that me and my university is filled with "hate".

We are not filled with hate. We are filled with disgust at the epic proportions of his lies and deceit.


Scott left behind 80 people filled with worry about losing their homes.

Marriages are in shambles. Divorce threats are happening.


People have been embarrassed in front of their families. It's cost people extra thousands to pay bank attorney fees.


One of Scott's members called him on New Year's Day, as his house is going to foreclosure, and Scott's reply was, "Hey man, I'm enjoying the holiday with my family."


This is who Scott is.

Boating and boasting are what matters most to him.


We are grateful that the truth has come out and that he is out of our sight and energy.


Scott thought his university of nothingness was going to compel 1000+ people to migrate over there because Gianna is "mean" and everyone wants to hear him ramble about the Bible.


As you can see, only a few trickled over there due to fear of losing their homes, and already most have vacated.


Scott has left this catastrophe behind for ME to clean up which I did within three days of his departure. Our new team is amazing and they don't have to provide "disclosures" on our new and updated Forensic Investigation class, because you're home is never in danger.


Scott has no idea what he's doing and that's why he has disclosures on his forensic audit class that he now no longer offers. THANK GOD!


BECAUSE HIS TRACK RECORD IS TO LOSE HOMES.


His theories are dandy but not recognized in reality.


SCOTT'S DOCUMENTS and ROL's are completely useless.


Scott denies these facts but all the people I spoke of above, I have their names.

You would know the names if you were in my membership.


Scott should be in prison stint #4.


Scott's claim that I "host" other people's stuff and have guest speakers is laughable and quite psychotic displaying what his ego cannot tolerate: That he did not create this university nor courses. He spoke on Zoom and I created it all.


He was well compensated for his participation.

The members love the weekly guest format and we learn from them.


Scott's lies and biblical rants were VERY BORING, and only distractions from the questions he couldn't answer as he is doing now. Tamara censors all the questions even though they only have a handful of people on their Zoom.


What we've learned by cleaning up after him has been amazing and saved people from evictions and foreclosures.


The new team has a very different and effective approach to challenging the banks from a strong offense position with zero risk of foreclosure.


ZERO RISK OF FORECLOSURE.


I am in my university seven days a week and have the pulse of the people.

Scott is not and does not.


What's really amusing is that Scott claims to have been "lawyering" for 25 years since prison #2, but on his own Facebook profile, he doesn't have Brookstone Law on it. He claims to be an author. Anyone can put a book on Amazon. It's no accomplishment.


Why isn't Scott proud of all his friends and family to know what his "job" is?

Even his own wife can't tell you what he actually does.


Some other "legal"observations of Scott today, are this:

  1. He claims what he "sells" is writing services and is not teaching anything.

  2. He claims that"we don't solicit anyone, you solicit us". That's because he was served five affidavits to sue him and the very first sentence on those were, "I was solicited by Scott Bernard..." I asked why they used those words and he said "to prove fraud". He's being very careful distancing himself in his own university by no face, no name, no nothing. It's all on Tamara.

  3. He's very aware of keeping himself from any liability. But God has a watch on that.

  4. He never uses Matthew, but he's using it on the billing of his membership.


You can't make this up. Shit show.



Cleaning up after Scott has been a task I have been praised for taking action so fast and being able to help people and showing true leadership and always growing in a new diretion of freedom.


Scott is not filled with love.

Scott uses the name of God to cover up for his fraud.


Judge the evidence yourself.


Watch him turn to "The Bible says this...." and "I said that to say this..."

Deflection from the truth.
